Used to discharge any static-ness on machinery where friction, vibration & heat cause static charges (especially in winter seasons and when working with synthetic materials such as nylon stockings, polyester parachute, vinyl paper, non-wovens) on high-speed running equipment, paper machines, carding, warping kreels (unwanted vibrations in thread line movements, caused by static), beaming, sizing, weaving looms, dryers, stenters, inspection frames, rolling machines, etc. Prevents injuries from occurring & smarter production.

Design & Function: Our 'TexRope' is strong, yet light in weight and has a long service life. Easier for the Maintenance Engineer to apply in the narrow, difficult locations on the production machines. It can be used in hazardous locations, such as high-speed running equipment mentioned in the beginning, above.

Performance: With 'TexRope' anti-static cord, high levels of static are quickly reduced to under 1KV, even at high production speeds.

Benefits: When 'TexRope' anti-static cord reduces static, You increase productivity. Machines can be run at optimum speeds with less stoppages. Contamination is prevented. Product quality is enhanced. Operators or Passers-by are protected from shock.

Application: Easy & keeping it simple - Tie a knot on one side of the machine and tie another knot on the other side of the machine (width). The production machines are normally earthed. Static charge build-up will hop-leap-jump onto the 'TexRope' that is about 1-2 cm away from the fabric/paper and is then effectively earthed. From feedback received from Engineers, it is more effective than copper wire and tinsels, for instance and "too easy" to implement.
