Product Details:
It has been a practical problem for Textile processors - engaged in Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing and Calendaring, to mark the various bales before processing for proper identification after dyeing and printing. The method of embroidery using crayons and stamping were not economical and were imperfect, to solve the marking problems of Greige Fabrics.

EVERON MARKERS

is an aluminum cigar type tube filled with ink, with a hemispherical rubber bulb at one end, when pumped slightly compresses ink towards a fine ball point for easy writing on grey of any nature. A steel ball is provided at the tip for smooth running, regular flow and automatic sealing after marking. The overall dimensions of the tube will be of any medium size cigar tube containing of semi liquid ink, which is sufficient for marking on 500 to 700 Bales.


EVERON PENS
(for Laboratory Shrinkage Rulers)
is an aluminum cigar type tube filled with ink, with a hemispherical rubber bulb at one end, when pumped slightly compresses ink towards a fine ball point for easy writing on grey of any nature. Basically using a slotted template for marking datum line when testing dimensional stability (shrinkage) to washing and processing of fabrics (Laboratories - Ruler test).


Various Tip Sizes:
Tip Size 2 is the standard size requested for, across southern Africa.
Specific factories use a Tip Size 3, but this is usually for rough, heavy fabrics eg. Jeans (this also means higher ink consumption).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Hold the tube vertically.
Gently press the tube to maintain the required flow of ink.
Keep a cardboard piece below the cloth for stiffness while marking.
Clean the tip after each use to keep it ready for the next use.
Replace the cap after each use.
